Cheryl Blum has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and worked as a chemist for 10 years.  For the past several years she has been an elementary school substitute teacher and stay-at-home mom.  She has also been entertaining audiences with her talents since childhood.  Science Sense-ations was created as a way to utilize all of her talents and share her excitement about science with the children of Connecticut.  The program was launched in July 2003.
