Become a Food Chemist

In this segment of the program, we all become food chemists. After some theatrics from the "company boss", we join together to help solve mysteries such as the pickle factory mix-up and the identification of a "mystery fruit from the rainforest".  By using our senses of sight, touch, smell, and taste we examine our own individual samples.  Finally, with the assistance of our newly appointed "head chemists", we each get our own sample to use for a dramatic color-changing acid test.
